Rental Agreements

  • $100 nonrefundable rental fee due upon approval.

  • $650 spending minimum on food and drink is required. Deposit, gratuity, or projector fee may not be used towards the bill. If amount does not meet required amount, the host is responsible for remaining balance.

  • 20% gratuity will automatically be applied. You may add more if you like. 

  • There is a $75 fee to use our projector.

  • A cakeage fee of $25 will be applied for outside desserts. An additional $1 fee will be applied per person for cutting & platting.

  • We do not supply any type of linen, cloth, or decorations. Upon request, we can supply white linen for a $300 nonrefundable fee.

  • Please refrain from using glitter and confetti.

Menu Options

  • For parties of 20+, you may choose between a select menu or buffet style for parties of 35+.

  • You may select three to five entree items, appetizers, and desserts for select menus. 

  • There is a $75 set-up fee for buffets. 

  • Menu options must be selected 7 days prior to the date to confirm.
